Course overview
This course introduces second-year students (L2 ISTN) to databases. I taught both the theoretical and practical sessions, aiming to give students a focused, hands-on view of how data is managed in modern computer systems.
As a capstone, students design a database from scratch on a topic of their choice: defining the tables, establishing the relationships between them, and implementing and querying their own database in SQL.
